Fratelli Poli: our commitment to Clients, Workers and the Environment is Certified
In a context where companies are called upon to demonstrate a concrete commitment to quality, sustainability and corporate integrity we want to narrate our journey towards certified excellence through an interview with Paola Poli, President of Fratelli Poli.
Mrs. Poli, how did Fratelli Poli’s proactive approach towards quality, the environment, and corporate integrity originate?
The constant commitment to our clients, employees, and the environment is a fundamental part of Fratelli Poli’s DNA. We believe it is possible to conduct business ethically and sustainably, with quality as the primary driving force. The UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI EN ISO 14001 certifications represent our tangible promise to provide high-quality products while minimizing environmental impact.
Speaking of certifications, how was the process towards UNI EN ISO 9001 certification for quality management addressed?
Obtaining the UNI EN ISO 9001 certification in 2006 was a strongly desired step, aiming to create a working tool for continuous improvement. We implemented a quality management system that involves every aspect of our production process, from design to product delivery. We constantly monitor performance, and attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement are pillars for us. This certification is the tangible result of our commitment to delivering products and services that meet our customers’ expectations.
And regarding the UNI EN ISO 14001 certification for environmental impact management?
Environmental sustainability is also a priority for us. The UNI EN ISO 14001 certification recognizes the concrete actions we take to reduce the environmental impact of our activities. We have implemented sustainable practices such as waste management and energy efficiency, demonstrating that it is possible to thrive as a company without compromising the environment.
In addition to these certifications, Fratelli Poli has received two important recognitions: LEGALITY RATING and CREDIT PASSPORT. The former, awarded by the Competition and Market Authority (Agcm), is a synthetic indicator of the company’s adherence to high legality standards. The Credit Passport, on the other hand, is an evaluation tool for the credit risk of SMEs. What do these certifications mean for you?
Conducting business fairly and building lasting trust relationships are essential for us. These certifications formalize our business approach and make it visible and tangible to the outside world. They are certainly recognitions that go beyond our core business, but being able to communicate the integrity and financial strength of the company undoubtedly presents us in the best possible way in the market.
Finally, how will these certifications influence the future of Fratelli Poli?
These certifications are significant milestones but also the foundation on which to build our future. We want to use these solid foundations to continue innovating and growing as a responsible company. Quality, sustainability, and integrity are core elements of our identity as a company, and we intend to keep them at the center of our operations as we face future challenges.
