We are living through an era of rapid technological acceleration and deep changes in the production structure, in business relationships and in the company’s organisation. How to support the role of women in enterprises? How to enhance digital technology skills of women?

The training project promoted by Confindustria Veneto SIAV, co-funded by the Veneto Region’s European Social Fund, which we joined, offered us valuable moments of learning, meeting and discussion with companies, experts and the academic world.

During the closing event, our president, Paola Poli, spoke about her personal and working life experience. During her speech, she confirmed that new technologies are important and sometimes essential to manage daily activities.
