Fratelli Poli Welcomes Students for PMI DAY 2024: Building the Future Together
This year, as part of PMI DAY 2024, an initiative promoted by Confindustria Vicenza to bring young people closer to the working world, we enthusiastically opened our doors to students from IIS Andrea Scotton in Breganze and Bassano.
The day proved to be a unique opportunity for dialogue and exchange between generations, giving students the chance to experience our company firsthand. It was a moment to share the vision that has guided us for over 50 years—a vision rooted in innovation, specialized skills, and a passion for metal mold manufacturing and cold metalworking. This approach to our work sparked curiosity and deep reflections among the students.
#Building the Future
The theme chosen for the 2024 edition, #Building, served as the common thread throughout the visit. Students and the company had the chance to reflect together on what it means to build the future:
- Building awareness of one’s aspirations
- Building skills to successfully tackle the challenges of the modern workforce
- Building innovation by leveraging technology and creativity for growth
A Shared Growth Experience
“It was a pleasure to welcome these students,” said Paola Poli. “A day of sharing and growth, not just for the students but also for our company, which had the opportunity to explore the expectations of the new generations as they build their future.”
During the visit, students observed the production processes at Fratelli Poli up close and gained an understanding of how daily commitment and craftsmanship intertwine with technological innovation. Through workshops and discussions, the students reflected on their own aspirations and the key skills needed to build a successful future.
This encounter was not only an educational experience for the young participants but also a valuable moment for our company. Learning about the ideas, enthusiasm, and expectations of the new generations provided us with additional motivation to continue growing and innovating.
Let’s build tomorrow, together.
