How We Embraced the TEAL Paradigm
For those who know us well, it’s no secret that we aspire to build a corporate future characterized by increased decision-sharing, more responsible resource management, and greater organizational flexibility. To achieve this, we’ve embarked on a journey of training and coaching that will lead us to adopt the innovative TEAL method within our company.
Among the activities that are revolutionizing our way of operating are the daily alignment and information-sharing meetings. These meetings take place in our production department every day at the same time. They are 15 crucial minutes for the involved team, during which we align ourselves with the day-to-day developments and collectively address any obstacles or issues.
From the very beginning, we have noticed the benefits of these daily meetings:
- They promote a more collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- People actively participate, fostering a greater sense of belonging to the team.
- On a personal level, having a complete view of the production process and being aware of one’s contribution boosts morale and a sense of achievement.
This is the right direction we want to pursue at Fratelli Poli. In an evolved company, the TEAL approach offers an organizational model that may seem revolutionary but, over time, will lead to all the benefits (both corporate and personal) that we aim for.
