The evolution path we have embarked on towards the TEAL paradigm requires time to grow and mature, both at the company and personal levels. It’s at this level that we asked ourselves: how can we empower individuals to their fullest potential? How can we make them secure, proactive, and advocates of advanced forms of self-organization?
There can be many answers, and numerous activities to implement. We have chosen to begin with education, offering all our employees the opportunity to create a personalized learning path according to their aspirations and needs, both professional and personal.
Free from their corporate roles and duties, each collaborator has chosen how to invest their time in personal growth and development. Some have finally had the chance to study the English language. Others have seized the opportunity to learn personal organization techniques and time management. Some have invested in updating their technical knowledge, such as reading technical drawings, tools and measurement methods, and maintenance management.
Today, everyone is diligently pursuing their individual paths, enriching their personal, interpersonal, and professional knowledge day by day. From the company’s perspective, we can’t help but be proud of their progress!
