Fratelli Poli visits Zordan: The Future of Work Lies in People
A Journey Through Innovation, Sustainability, and a Teal Organization-Oriented Corporate Culture
In recent days, the Fratelli Poli team had an extraordinary experience visiting Zordan, a leader in creating sustainable luxury retail spaces. This visit was not just an opportunity to learn about an innovative company but also a chance to discuss advanced organizational models, strengthen our identity as a Teal enterprise, and deepen our connection with the Valdagno region.
Founded in 1965 in Valdagno (VI), Zordan is a model of innovation, blending technical expertise with employee well-being while maintaining a strong bond with the local community.
During the visit, we explored Zordan’s journey toward becoming a Teal Organization, a model based on self-management and distributed responsibility. Since 2019, the company has implemented small autonomous teams, each dedicated to specific clients, ensuring flexibility, innovation, and an inclusive work environment.
Beyond professional inspiration, the day also allowed us to immerse ourselves in the history of Valdagno, a city deeply connected to iconic industrial realities such as the Marzotto Group. This journey into the heart of local industry and culture enriched our perspective.
However, it wasn’t all about business. We also enjoyed pleasant moments of camaraderie in Zordan’s relaxation area—an ideal setting to strengthen bonds, exchange ideas, and share experiences in a climate of openness and collaboration.
We also discussed environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and creating value for both the local community and the planet. As a certified B Corp since 2016, Zordan demonstrates its commitment through concrete actions, such as its plan to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030.
This experience gave us more than just theoretical insights; it made us realize that Fratelli Poli is already a Teal company. Our journey toward this paradigm, which began several months ago, is not merely a goal to reach but a starting point for continuous evolution, always aimed at improvement.
