Fratelli Poli and the P-EV Project: AI at the Service of Corporate Knowledge
Knowledge is the beating heart of every manufacturing company. Preserving it and making it accessible means ensuring continuity, innovation, and growth. With this in mind, Fratelli Poli launched P-EV (Poli Evolution), a strategic project co-financed by SMACT Competence Center under the IRISS program.
The initiative has a clear goal: to digitalize the company’s know-how, transforming the experience and skills of our team into a structured asset accessible to everyone. Thanks to a system based on Artificial Intelligence, it will be possible to interact via chat and access the company’s database at any time, supporting every stage of the design and construction of metal dies.
This means turning implicit knowledge into a shared asset, capable of guiding new generations of workers and strengthening operational efficiency, while at the same time ensuring continuity and innovation.
The Interview with Paola Poli
To share the vision and the value of this project more closely, we collected the testimony of Paola Poli in an exclusive video interview.

A Step Towards the Teal Organization
As our president emphasized, P-EV is not an isolated initiative, but part of a broader journey: Fratelli Poli’s evolution towards the Teal Organization model.
This organizational model is based on trust, autonomy, and shared responsibility, where every person is called to be an active player in decision-making and in the company’s success. In this context, knowledge digitalization becomes a key enabler, fostering team collaboration, distributed decision-making, and greater efficiency.
