At F.lli Poli, we have embarked on an exciting journey of innovation aimed at transforming our organizational structure. In line with the TEAL paradigm, we wish to promote a work environment with greater shared decision-making, more responsible resource management, and enhanced organizational flexibility. With the support of the SMACT,grant, the Wepladoo team, and the Department of Industrial Systems Engineering at the University of Padova, we have decided to invest in a technology that has the potential to radically change how the company manages internal knowledge. The project aims to create an AI-driven system for collecting transferable know-how available to digitally proficient new generations, enabling them to effectively utilize and preserve knowledge that would otherwise be lost.

This choice, often reserved for large enterprises, demonstrates how even a small to medium-sized enterprise like ours can leverage innovation to address real problems and prepare for the future. This potential is still underutilized by many Italian SMEs, as shown in the latest ISTAT report on Businesses and ICT 2023.

One of our primary goals is to preserve and enhance our valuable artisanal and industrial know-how, a skill set that has distinguished us for over 55 years in the cold metal processing sector and in the construction of progressive dies and deep-drawing dies.

Ensuring the continuity of knowledge, enriching it, and making it easily accessible for those within our company is the challenge we want to tackle alongside Wepladoo, a cutting-edge project developed by AzzurroDigitale.
